Having spent many summers at the Linley Black office, Alicia’s early exposure to the business sparked her passion for helping people with their finances. She began her career at St. James’s Place, where she qualified as a Financial Adviser and gained valuable industry insight. This experience gave her a strong foundation in financial planning, as well as a deep understanding of the varied needs and concerns people face when it comes to their money.
Growing up in an age of overwhelming information and online noise, Alicia is passionate about cutting through the complexity — helping clients feel informed and empowered rather than uncertain or confused. She believes financial advice should be accessible to everyone, regardless of their stage in life or level of experience. She takes a comprehensive approach, recognising that good financial planning isn’t just about numbers — it’s a key part of overall wellbeing.
When not focusing on clients’ financial wellbeing, Alicia prioritises her own by trying new workouts and planning the itinerary for her next trip abroad.
